Available in 100 kW and 200 kW power classes. A complete system integrates voltage regulation, step-up transformation, rectification and filtering, RF oscillation, output induction, power cooling, incoming power distribution, and centralized controls. It can be configured for spheroidization and high-temperature processing of oxide ceramics, metals, and other high-melting-point powders according to material properties, particle size, and target throughput.
Engineered for clean melting of alumina, zirconia, and other high-melting-point oxides. The RF electromagnetic field provides induction heating and electromagnetic stirring, while the water-cooled cold crucible promotes a protective solidified layer near the wall to reduce contact between the melt and foreign refractory materials. Available power classes are 300, 600, 800, 1200, and 2000 kW.
